Recommend a friend: £500 off your site fees

Most of the people who buy at Hawthorns first heard about the park from someone who owns here. From 1 October 2026 we say thank you properly.

• If someone you introduce buys a holiday home from Hawthorns (new or pre-owned from our stock), you receive a £500 credit against your next site fee invoice.
• Ask them to give your name and plot number when they first enquire or when they visit. We cannot apply the credit if we only learn of the introduction after the sale.
• The credit is applied once the sale has completed and any cooling-off period has passed.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals.
• It applies to buyers who are new to the park, not to existing owners upgrading.
• The credit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Already own a static caravan? Bring it to Hawthorns

Yes, you can bring your own holiday home to Hawthorns, subject to an inspection of its age and condition, a suitable plot being available, and a green exterior (every home on the park is green; it is what keeps the park looking part of the countryside). There is a fee of £10,000 to bring your home onto the park, which secures your plot and your licence. Siting and connecting the home is charged in addition and is typically around £5,000, depending on the plot and the home. Transport from your current park is arranged separately and quoted on the distance. As with any pre-owned home, the licence term depends on the age of the home, and the site fees on our fees page apply once it is sited.
