The Canal Turn, a converted Canal Warden’s house, is a traditional British pub in Carnforth. It is best known for its spectacular canal views – which can be seen whatever the weather from the pub’s spacious conservatory. Views aren’t the only thing on the menu, though. Named after the iconic 1945 film by David Lean that was filmed in its very location at Canforth Railway Station, this bistro pays homage to its interesting history.
