Bought new on the park by its only previous owner, the Blenheim is in excellent condition throughout and has clearly been very well looked after.

The main living area is open plan, there is a very pleasant outlook from the many windows; you can see the beautiful gardens and woodland from wherever you are relaxing.  The seating is a comfortable L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath). There’s a TV wall unit with cupboards and shelves, an electric fire and a coffee table. The kitchen has a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, a gas cooker and hob (with an extractor), an integrated microwave, a dining area and plenty of cupboards, all with soft close mechanisms.

At the rear of the holiday home is the main bedroom which has a decent sized double bed with storage underneath, a domestic grade mattress and twin bedside tables. There are two reading lights set into the wall above, which is a timber unit with a storage shelf and power socket. At the foot of the bed is a large fitted wardrobe with built-in drawers.

Plot 53 is situated in a quiet corner of the park and benefits from a good-sized flagged patio to the side and a metal storage shed.
