Bought new on the park by its only previous owner, the Blenheim is in excellent condition throughout and has clearly been very well looked after.

The main living area is open plan, there is a very pleasant outlook from the many windows; you can see the beautiful gardens and woodland from wherever you are relaxing.  The seating is a comfortable L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath). There’s a TV wall unit with cupboards and shelves, an electric fire and a coffee table. There are two reading lights set into the wall above, which is a timber unit with a storage shelf and power socket. At the foot of the bed is a large fitted wardrobe with built-in drawers.

Plot 53 is situated in a quiet corner of the park and benefits from a good-sized flagged patio to the side and a metal storage shed.
